Every new Spoiled Pooch client starts with Jeanetta. Once you reach out, she’ll learn a little about you, your fur babe, and the type of care you’re looking for. You’ll receive an invitation to our Time To Pet app, where you can create your profile and tell us more about your pet and their routine.From there, Jeanetta will personally meet you and your fur babe, get to know their personality and individual needs, and select the Spoiled Pooch team member she believes will be the best fit for your family. You’ll meet your caregiver before care begins so everyone feels comfortable and connected.

Once your Meet & Greet is complete, you can request services anytime through the Time To Pet app or client portal. You can book, change, or cancel services; view your schedule; update pet and household information; message your care team; view visit reports, photos, videos, and GPS tracking; manage invoices and payments; and add tips—all in one place.If you need a recurring schedule, we can set that up for you too.

We do our best to arrive as close to your preferred time as possible, but a two-hour arrival window allows our team the flexibility needed for traffic, travel between clients, and the occasional pet who needs a little extra attention.For puppies, seniors, pets with medication needs, or other time-sensitive care, we’re happy to discuss a narrower window. If you require an exact time, please let us know and we’ll determine whether we can accommodate it.

Whenever possible, yes. We believe pets thrive with consistency, so Jeanetta personally matches you with a primary caregiver who gets to know your fur babe and their routine.Because our team members occasionally take time off or may not be available for an additional visit outside their regular schedule, we also provide trusted backup care when needed. If another team member will be caring for your pet, we’ll make sure they have everything they need to provide the same thoughtful, personalized care you expect from Spoiled Pooch.

WALKS & VISITS:Cancellations or schedule changes made before 5 PM the evening before your service are free of charge. Cancellations or changes made after 5 PM the evening before are charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations or changes are charged 100% of the scheduled service.OVERNIGHT PET SITTING & BOARDING:A $100 deposit is required upon booking overnight pet sitting or boarding, after the initial Meet & Greet. Because these services require us to reserve a caregiver’s availability specifically for your pet, cancellations and changes are considered on a case-by-case basis.HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS:Holiday overnight reservations may require a 50% deposit and may have separate cancellation requirements. Any special terms will be communicated when your reservation is confirmed.

Absolutely. If something comes up, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on team availability. Same-day requests cannot be submitted through the app, so please call or message Jeanetta directly.

If your home has a door code, we recommend creating a unique code for Spoiled Pooch whenever possible.If you use traditional keys, we recommend keeping two copies in a secure lockbox at your home. This keeps your keys safely on your property while ensuring a backup is available if needed.If a lockbox isn’t an option, we can securely keep keys on file with your primary caregiver and Jeanetta. Key pickup or return can also be arranged when needed.

We’re extremely selective about who joins the Spoiled Pooch team. Every potential team member is personally interviewed and evaluated by Jeanetta, with professional references and a background check completed before they begin caring for clients’ pets.New team members also complete hands-on training alongside Jeanetta or an experienced Spoiled Pooch team member before caring for pets independently. Just as importantly, we look for people who share our values: a genuine love of animals, good judgment, reliability, trustworthiness, and a commitment to providing thoughtful, personalized care.

Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels. Some have years of professional pet-care, training, or veterinary experience, while others come to us with a lifetime of caring for animals and a natural ability to connect with them.Every Spoiled Pooch team member receives hands-on training before caring for clients independently and is trained on the individual routines, needs, and personalities of the pets entrusted to them.
